New Connector

Zoho Desk

DataChannel now supports Zoho Desk connector. The connector can be accessed from the Data Sources page on the DataChannel Dashboard. Please follow the step-by-step Set up Guide for a smooth integration.

This Zoho Desk connector will enable users to stream data from Zoho Desk into a pre-determined warehouse of their choice. Users will be able to start accessing their data by setting up a pipeline. Data acquired using such a pipeline will allow you to access support tickets.

Available Pipelines

  1. Agents - Retrieve details of an agent in your help desk.

  2. Insights - Agent Resolution Time - Retrieve the durations taken to resolve tickets.

  3. Insights - Agent Response Time - Retrieve the durations taken to respond to tickets.

  4. Insights - Closed Tickets - Retrieve the number of tickets that are resolved.

  5. Insights - Created Tickets - Retrieve the number of tickets created in a particular duration.

  6. Insights - On Hold Tickets - Retrieve the number of tickets that are in the on hold status.

  7. Insights - Reopened Tickets - Retrieve the number of tickets that were reopened in your help desk portal.

  8. Insights - Total Response Time - Retrieve the total number of responses sent/made by your agents.

  9. Insights - Unresolved Tickets - Retrieve the number of tickets that have remained unresolved over a particular period.

  10. Tickets - Retrieve details of a ticket in your help desk.

New Pipeline

Google Ads - Landing Page

DataChannel’s Google Ads connector now supports a new data pipeline - Landing Page. Users will now be able to fetch data from multiple landing pages into a pre-determined warehouse of their choice using this data pipeline.

The new and existing pipelines of the Google Ads connector can be accessed from the Data Sources page on the DataChannel Dashboard. Please follow the step-by-step Set up Guide for a smooth integration of the pipelines.

Feature Addition

BigQuery for Apple Ads

DataChannel now supports BigQuery as a data destination for its Apple Ads connector. The connector and it’s supported warehouse can be accessed from the Data Sources and Data Warehouse pages respectively from the DataChannel Dashboard.

Please follow the step-by-step Set up Guide for a smooth integration of Apple Ads with BigQuery.

Data Warehouse once selected cannot be changed.

Feature Update

LinkedIn Ads - Renamed Pipelines

DataChannel’s LinkedIn Ads connector pipelines will now offer an enhanced data flow for it’s users.

The LinkedIn Ads pipelines - Non-Demographics and Demographic reports have been renamed as Campaign Insights and Audience Insights respectively. Users will be able to access these from the LinkedIn Ads Data connector page on the DataChannel Dashboard.
