We have launched the Ask Neo feature for our clients. DataChannel’s Neo is an AI agent which has the capability to understand users' questions in natural language. Neo then analyses the user’s data stored in their data warehouse and provides the required insights and dashboards based on this analysis.

This allows all users, irrespective of their knowledge of SQL or data warehouses or any other programming language like Python, to perform data analysis on such large data sets. Click here to know more about this feature.

Currently the following Data Warehouses/ databases are supported for running queries using Ask Neo:

DataChannel’s Amazon Selling Partner API connector now supports 4 new forward data pipelines. The new and existing pipelines of the Amazon Selling Partner API connector can be accessed from the ETL tab on the Sidebar in the DataChannel UI.

For the Amazon S3 connector, if you do not want to process all matching files, you can now specify file selection criteria. When configuring the pipeline, you can use these fields to specify if you want to fetch files pertaining to a certain time frame.

We have carried out minor bug fixes and upgrades in Big Query Service account flow, Partial success notifications in Slack and Salesforce Commerce Cloud credentials flow.

We have added a new Onboarding Wizard lane for Reverse ETL to meet requirements of users desirous of directly adding a Reverse connector soon after signup.
