Setup Guide - Zendesk

Follow our setup guide to connect Zendesk to DataChannel.

Prerequisites

To connect Zendesk to DataChannel, you need:

  • An active Zendesk account with permissions to access data from accounts you’d like to sync and decide which breakdowns and fields you’d like to sync

Setup instructions

  1. Select a data destination for your Zendesk Data. If you have not yet added a data warehouse, go to data warehouse tab and add a warehouse.

    Data Warehouse once selected cannot be changed.
  2. Authorise DataChannel to connect to your Zendesk account using the + icon with your Name, Username & Password. For more details on Zendesk authentication process refer here.

  3. Click on + Data Pipeline to start adding data pipelines to your account.

  4. Details of individual objects and reports are available here.

  5. Select the required pipeline from the list and click Next

  1. Configure the pipelines by setting the report parameters in the given fields.
