Setup Guide - Files

Follow this setup guide to connect Files data to DataChannel.

Setup instructions

  1. Select a data destination for your Files Data. If you have not yet added a data warehouse, go to data warehouse tab and add a warehouse.

    Data Warehouse once selected cannot be changed.

  2. Click on + Data Pipeline to start adding data pipelines to your account.

  3. Details of individual objects and reports are available here.

NOTE:

  • Upload only one file at a time.

  • Do not change the file structure in case you attempt to change the file in the same pipeline.

  • If more than one file has to be uploaded, use one of the storage connectors instead.

  • File size should not exceed 2 GB.
