Setup Guide - NetSuite

Follow our setup guide to connect NetSuite to DataChannel.

Prerequisites

To connect NetSuite to DataChannel, you need:

  • An NetSuite account with permissions to access data from accounts you’d like to sync and decide which breakdowns and fields you’d like to sync.

  • You must have the consumer key and secret that were generated when the relevant integration record’s Token-based Authentication option was enabled. If you do not have these credentials, you can generate new ones, for applications created in your NetSuite account. The process to regenerate these is described here

    IMPORTANT

For security reasons, the only time the consumer key and consumer secret values are displayed is on the confirmation page. So, make sure to make a note of these values as these can not be retrieved later.
