New Connectors

BigCommerce

DataChannel now supports the BigCommerce connector. The connector can be accessed from the ETL tab on the DataChannel Dashboard. Please follow the step-by-step Set up Guide for a smooth integration.

This BigCommerce connector will enable users to stream relevant BigCommerce brands, products, customers and orders data into a pre-determined warehouse of their choice. Users will be able to start accessing their data by setting up a pipeline. Data acquired using such a pipeline will enable online merchants to expand their online brand presence and sales.

Available Pipelines

  1. Brands - Retrieve the details of all brands from the BigCommerce Platform.

  2. Customers - Retrieve the details of all customers from the BigCommerce Platform.

  3. Orders - Retrieve the details of all orders from the BigCommerce Platform.

  4. Products - Retrieve the details of all products from the BigCommerce Platform.

Openleaf

DataChannel now supports the Openleaf connector. The connector can be accessed from the ETL tab on the DataChannel Dashboard. Please follow the step-by-step Set up Guide for a smooth integration.

This Openleaf connector will enable users to stream relevant Openleaf orders' data into a pre-determined warehouse of their choice. Users will be able to start accessing their data by setting up a pipeline. Data acquired using such a pipeline will enable users to manage their logistics efficiently.

  1. Orders - Retrieve the orders data from the Openleaf platform.

Instacart

DataChannel now supports the Instacart connector. The connector can be accessed from the ETL tab on the DataChannel Dashboard. Please follow the step-by-step Set up Guide for a smooth integration.

This Instacart connector will enable users to stream relevant Instacart adgroups, campaigns, keywords and products data into a pre-determined warehouse of their choice. Users will be able to start accessing their data by setting up a pipeline. Data acquired using such a pipeline will provide marketers mechanisms to drive sales, engage consumers and expand reach.

Available Pipelines

  1. AdGroups Report - Retrieve AdGroups' performance metrics from the Instacart platform.

  2. Campaigns Report - Retrieve campaigns' performance metrics from the Instacart platform.

  3. Keywords Report - Retrieve keyword performance metrics from the Instacart platform.

  4. Products Report - Retrieve a list of products and their details from the Instacart platform.

Feature Updates

Clickpost

DataChannel’s Clickpost connector now supports 1 new forward data pipeline. The new and existing pipelines of the Clickpost connector can be accessed from the ETL tab on the Sidebar in the DataChannel UI.

  • Return Track Order Dashboard Report- Retrieve details of all the return shipment updates received in Clickpost(for all MPS (Multi-Piece Shipment) and SPS (Single Piece Shipment) orders).

A new authentication flow has been implemented for the Flipkart Seller connector.

Shopify GraphQL

We have now made provisions for query validation for the previously configured reports in the Shopify GraphQL connector.

Bug Fixes - Storage Reverse connectors

Bug Fixes have been carried out for storage reverse connectors (such as Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage) for error free Parquet File processing.

Bug Fix

A Bug Fix in the Netsuite and Shiprocket connectors has helped in flow optimisation and latency reduction.

Credential Validation- DCM

A credential validation mechanism has been embedded in the DCM connector to ensure that only valid and verified credentials can be saved while adding/editing credentials. Using validation can help to ensure that any authentication issues are identified early on and addressed appropriately.

Bug Fixes - Amazon Ads DSP

For the Amazon Ads DSP Connector, we have fixed a bug pertaining to day based chunking.

Google BigQuery- Credential Segregation

Credential management for forward Google Big Query connector has been segregated from the reverse Google Big Query connector.

Snowflake

Key Based Authentication mechanism has been implemented for both: addition of Snowflake as a Data Source; as well as for addition of Snowflake as a Warehouse.

Ask Neo- User Interface

The Ask Neo User Interface has been redesigned to make it more user friendly, intuitive and easy to navigate.
