Setup Guide - NetSuite Analytics

Follow our setup guide to connect NetSuite Analytics to DataChannel.

Prerequisites

To connect NetSuite Analytics to DataChannel, you need:

  • A NetSuite account with an active role that has Admin Permissions.

  • SuiteAnalytics Connect is enabled for your NetSuite account (check with your NetSuite admin).

  • Your NetSuite Account ID, Role ID, User credentials, & Host.

Make sure that you have completed the steps in the Pre-Setup guide required to connect to NetSuite’s SuiteAnalytics Connect using ODBC.

Setup instructions

  1. Select a data destination for your NetSuite Analytics data. If you have not yet added a data warehouse, go to data warehouse tab and add a warehouse.

    Data Warehouse once selected cannot be changed.

  2. Authorise DataChannel to connect to your NetSuite Analytics account using any Name, NetSuite account email address, valid password, Host, Port, Datasource name, Account ID and Role ID.

  3. Click on + Data Pipeline to start adding data pipelines to your account.

  4. Details of individual objects and reports are available here.

  5. Select the required pipeline fron the list and click Next

  6. Configure the pipeline by setting the report parameters in the given fields.
